Q: Do you charge for a bra fitting?
A: There is no charge for a fitting. You are under no obligation to purchase anything for our store. We work to find the best possible fit.
Q: Do you make bras?
A: No. We do not manufacture bras. We can however if required, custom fit them, which means we can make alterations to the foundation to ensure a proper fit.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, but it is a good idea to let us know when you are coming if it is your first visit, a Saturday, or you are coming from any distance. We do get appointment fittings and you may have to wait. If you have been to us before, it is a good idea to call to be sure the size and color are in stock before coming. If we are out-of-stock on that item, we can order it and call you when it comes in.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition (unworn) with tags, and a sales receipt within 7 days
of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days up to 14 days of purchase with a sales receipt, you will be issued a store
credit. For all merchandise returned without a receipt, store credit will be issued based on the current selling price.
Underwear are not returnable. All breast forms must me unused and in it’s original condition for a refund to be issued.
Replacements for manufactured defects are only valid for up to (1) year from the original date of purchase. Valid
identification is required for all returns.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders that require a 50% deposit are non-refundable
